66 What happens if I miss a class?

There are 2 ways in which you can make up missed classes.

  1. You can attend an alternative class during the course. These must be booked via reception to make sure there is space, and can only be booked less than a week in advance.
  2. After every course there is a break week, when we run a small timetable of classes which can be used as catch up classes. The timetable for this is released for booking 2 weeks before the end of each course.

Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next course.

66 What happens at the end of the course?

Your place in your class is provisionally retained until you let us know you no longer want to keep it. Payment is taken at the end of the previous course to guarantee the place. At the end of each course your instructor will discuss with you whether you are ready to move up to the next level.

66 Do I need to bring anything with me to the class?

We provide all the equipment that you need however due to COVID we ask that you bring a thin mat or large towel to cover our mat and a small towel to cover our head blocks.

We provide other small equipment (e.g. bands weighted balls, wobble cushions, foam rollers) however you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

We recommend that you bring a full water bottle to class.

66 Do you sell any Pilates Equipment?

We have the following equipment for sale. Please contact us via email should you wish to order.

Resistance bands: £5
2.5cm blocks: £4
5cm blocks: £6
Chi balls: £18
Grippy socks: £4
Water bottles: £3

66 What should I wear?

You need to wear loose clothing that you can move in easily. Most people wear tracksuit bottoms or leggings, and a t-shirt and jumper/sweatshirt. We ask that socks are worn in our classes for hygiene reasons. Non-slip Pilates socks are recommended on the reformer for safety reasons and these can be purchased at reception.

66 Do you have any COVID19 procedures in place?

To keep our clients and staff safe we ask that class members continue to follow the government advice on living safely with COVID19. www.gov.uk/guidance/living-safely-with-respiratory-infections-including-covid-19.

As we do have some vulnerable people attending our Physio Centre we ask that you do not attend classes if you have tested positive for COVID19. If you test positive, do not attend until you are testing negative and are symptom free.

Please consider wearing a mask or attending one of our remote classes if you are suffering from COVID19 symptoms.
