Welcome to Physiofit Physiotherapy & Pilates

Based at The Orchard in Horsforth, Physiofit is a team of highly qualified and experienced Chartered Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors offering a wide range of services. We have excellent facilities at our complex, with disabled access to both buildings and car parking available onsite.

PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTATIONS

Physiofit Chartered Physiotherapists offer professional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of a range of injuries and conditions. We have links with local GP surgeries and liaise with other consultants and specialists to provide the best pathway of care for each individual. All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).

PILATES CLASSES

We have a full timetable of Pilates classes at our 3 studios for a range of abilities. In our dedicated reformer studio we host classes for 4 participants ensuring clients safe and supported. We have 2 mat Pilates studios, both with underfloor heating, where we run small and large group classes. We have some options for remote classes via Zoom and all our class members get access to pre-recorded sessions. Please email pilates@physiofitleeds.co.uk if you would like more information.
