Neurological Physiotherapist, Pilates and Strength Instructor
Jess has been part of the Physiofit team since 2012 and now leads the neurological service, offering both Neuro-Pilates and Neuro-Strength classes, as well as one-to-one Neuro Physiotherapy clinics. She is known for her empathetic and compassionate approach, and is passionate about empowering clients to reach their full potential. Jess combines exercise, breathwork, hands-on facilitation, and assistive technology to support meaningful progress. Her classes are carefully tailored to provide a supportive environment that meets the unique needs of each participant.
Jess qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2006 from Leeds Metropolitan University. She began her career in the NHS, gaining broad experience across adult and paediatric neuro-rehabilitation, as well as working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex physical needs. In 2009, Jess moved to private practice, treating a wide range of neurological conditions. She qualified as a Pilates Instructor with APPI, and completed further training with Modern Pilates and Polestar. She also completed the APPI Pink Ribbon Programme (a breast cancer specialist course). In collaboration with Jenny Heron, Director of Physiofit, Jess co-develops and presents a national workshop programme for neurological physiotherapists, exploring the application of Pilates in neurorehabilitation.

What people have said about Jess...
I have been attending Jess Noble's neuro Pilates class for 2 years following a diagnosis of Long Covid and therefore needing to manage chronic fatigue and dizziness amongst my symptoms. Jess is a great teacher! She uses her expertise and knowledge to carefully plan sessions with the specific needs of the participants in mind. Jess's awareness of the needs of participants does not mean that she does not challenge us; because of the small size of the class, we are helped individually in a 'hands on' (literally!) way to get the most out of each movement; suggestions and adaptations are made so that everyone can join in. I felt sad that I couldn't do Pilates as I had previously done and am grateful to attend this supportive class. Thank you, Jess and Physiofit!
