Yulia has worked as a lecturer at Leeds City College for 10 years before starting her own translation business and discovering Pilates at Physiofit as a perfect antidote to screen-based work. Enthusiastic about transformative effects Pilates has on the physical and mental well-being, Yulia qualified as a Pilates instructor with Modern Pilates and joined the Physiofit team in 2016. Yulia teaches small and rehabilitation classes.
