After working as a lecturer at Leeds City College, and as a freelance translator, Yulia discovered Pilates at Physiofit after a shoulder injury. She went on to train as an instructor in 2016.
Yulia has been teaching Mat Pilates at Physiofit for over 7 years and continues to expand her specialist knowledge. She holds additional Pilates qualifications in vestibular rehabilitation and ante-natal and post-natal Pilates, and has recently completed her qualification to teach people with hypermobility. She is now taking the next step in her Pilates journey and studying to become a Reformer instructor!
Yulia lives locally with her husband and two children, she speaks Ukranian, German, Polish and English and enjoys sketching and painting (including this one of the Physiofit building!)

I wondered if you could pass on my thanks to Yulia. I've never done Pilates before and I think she's been fabulous and has really helped me feel confident about doing it and trying new moves and not worry about messing up!
