Susie has worked alongside Jenny as Pilates coordinator assisting with the day to day running of the Pilates service since 2017.
Susie joined the Physiofit team initially in an admin role having left her career in nursing after having her family in 2009. She started teaching mat Pilates in 2012, qualifying through Modern Pilates, and in 2023 qualified in teaching Reformer Pilates through the APPI. Susie teaches several mat and reformer classes and also offers one to one sessions for our clients alongside her admin/accounts role.

Susie is a great instructor, she is very knowledgeable and flexes the exercises according to varying class level. We always have a full body work out (she loves a press up) and I leave feeling invigorated.
