Sophie graduated from Northumbria University in 2020 With a BSC Honours in Physiotherapy. After working in several specialities as a Junior Physiotherapist in Newcastle Hospital she relocated back to her home town (Leeds) and started working full time as a Senior Physiotherapist at Nuffield Health Hospital Leeds - with special interest in orthopaedics, MSK, respiratory and scoliosis patients.
Sophie completed the APPI Matwork certification series in 2024 and teaches regularly in her day to day work. Sophie’s love for Pilates started in 2022 as a way to prevent injuries whilst playing netball and doing fitness events.
She loves seeing the positive impact Pilates can have on people’s lives and hopes to continue sharing her passion.
