Liz qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Nottingham in 2005 and has a background in in-patient orthopaedics and out-patient musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Liz currently works for Leeds Teaching Hospitals and is based on the Major Trauma Ward, a job she finds both really interesting and challenging.
Liz completed the APPI matwork series in 2011/12 and taught regular classes in Lincoln before moving to Leeds. After a break from teaching to have her two little boys Liz is very excited to be back teaching Pilates, joining the Physiotfit team in April 2018.
