Jess graduated from The University of Cumbria with a first class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2015. She has worked within the speciality of MSK since she qualified, and has since obtained a post-graduate MSc in Advancing Professional Practice, and a PG Cert in First Contact Physiotherapy. Jess currently works as an Advanced Upper Limb Physiotherapy Practitioner, with a special interest in shoulder and elbow pathologies and rehabilitation. Jess works closely with orthopaedic consultants, ordering imaging, directly listing patients for surgery, and delivering steroid injections.
Jess joined the Physiofit team in 2021 working around her full-time NHS role.
