Emily graduated in 2013 as a Chartered Physiotherapist at Sheffield Hallam University. She relocated to Leeds in 2018 and now works part- time as a Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist at Leeds Nuffield Health Hospital. Emily has completed the APPI Matwork courses and enjoys teaching alongside her physio role. Emily’s passion for Pilates stems from a background in dance and since returning to exercise after having her daughter in 2022, she’s developed a further love of practicing both matwork and reformer.
Emily started teaching matwork Pilates in 2024 and is excited to develop her skills further in the future.
