Anya qualified with a BSc (Hons) physiotherapy degree from Leeds Beckett University in July 2024 and started a job as a junior physiotherapist within the Community Stroke Rehab Team at Leeds Community Healthcare. Anya's interest in Pilates started when she attended classes at Physiofit during the last years of her degree, inspiring her to complete levels 1-3 of the APPI Matwork qualification.
She joined the team in 2024, teaching small and large group general mat classes and is looking forward to expanding her skills with training in reformer and neuro Pilates.
