Welcome to Physiofit Physiotherapy & Pilates

Based at The Orchard in Horsforth, Physiofit is a team of highly qualified and experienced Chartered Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors offering a wide range of services. We have excellent facilities at our complex, with disabled access to both buildings and car parking available onsite.

PHYSIOTHERAPY CONSULTATIONS

We offer consultations face to face and remotely. We are continuing to follow COVID19 procedures in line with guidelines from our governing bodies and Public Health England to minimise the risks to our patients and staff. Please see here for information on this.

PILATES CLASSES

We have a full timetable of Studio only, Zoom only or mixed Studio/Zoom classes, as well as pre-recorded sessions in our Members Area. Please email pilates@physiofitleeds.co.uk if you would like more information or to book a class or become a member.
