Physiofit Grand Charity Open Day in aid of St Gemma's Hospice

Saturday 18th February 2012 | 10am - 4pm

Come and join the Physiofit team for the grand opening of our new premises and to raise money for
St Gemma's Hospice. During the event there will be taster physiotherapy and Pilates sessions, personal
training sessions, massage sessions, a cake and refreshment stall and a sponsored bike ride.

Physiotherapy

In Walnut Tree Physiotherapy Centre we have two physiotherapy treatment rooms and a rehabilitation gym where we can offer relief from:

Sports injuries
Back and neck pain
Sciatica
Whiplash
Arthritis
Repetitive Strain Injury
Posture related problems
Women's health issues

Pilates

We have two purpose built Pilates Studios plus a one to one Pilates room where we run:

Individual sessions, both mat based and on the modified reformer
Small group classes of up to 6 people
Larger group classes of up to 12 people
Specialist classes including ante and post natal, older adult, rehabilitation and chair based classes.

Physiofit is based at The Orchard Therapy Centre in Horsforth in Leeds.

Jenny Heron is the Senior Physiotherapist and Director of Physiofit and has chosen a team of highly qualified and experienced physiotherapists, sports rehabilitators and pilates instructors to work alongside her.

All the physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council.
