Physiofit Open Day in Aid of St Gemma's Hospice

Physiofit are holding a charity open day on 18th February in aid of St Gemma's Hospice at our new premises:

Free Taster Sessions

During the day we will be offering free:

Taster physiotherapy sessions with Physiofit and Physiofunction
Taster Pilates classes with Physiofit
Taster suspension strap training sessions with Equilibrium Health and Fitness
Taster massage sessions with Holisticalm

Also during the open day the Physiofit Cycle Team are aiming to cycle from Walnut Tree Physiotherapy Centre in Horsforth to the Velodrome at the Olympic Stadium in London: a total distance of 205 miles.

The challenge will be undertaken on our Grand Charity Opening Day on 18th February at Walnut Tree Physiotherapy Centre, The Orchard, Horsforth.

The miles will be completed on bikes on rollers and turbo trainers, exercise bikes and Motomed Therapy Trainers.
